For most mid-level and senior roles, you'll see a first shortlist within 72 hours. Positions usually close in two to four weeks, depending on notice periods and how quickly interviews can be scheduled.
Can you handle UAE visas and payroll for contractors?
Yes. Contractors can be employed by Tuscan Digital as employer of record. We take care of work permits, Emirates ID, medical insurance, WPS-compliant payroll and end-of-service benefits.
What does IT staffing cost?
Contract staff are billed at a monthly or daily rate per person. Permanent placements carry a one-off fee based on first-year salary. You'll get our rate card at the briefing stage, so there are no surprises later.
Do you recruit outside the UAE?
Yes. We place people across the GCC and India, and we can relocate candidates to the UAE when a role needs someone on site.
